This box contains slides, speech scripts, notes, minutes, reports, correspondence, publications, papers, newspaper clippings related to the KSU College of Engineering, as well as projects and organizations that Rathbone was involved with. The subjects of this material include the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc (ABET), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), the National Institute for Land Management and Training, KS Army National Guard, the Rotary Leadership Institute, KSU magazines and newspapers (the K-State Engineer, the K-Stater, Kansas Technical Professions), KSU career fairs, and KSU commencement.

Box includes a variety of Extension Homemakers Unit (EHU) records and 4-H material. EHU records include meeting minutes, record of officers, membership lists, and yearly unit programs of work across different units within McPherson County, primarily the Century Belles unit. EHU documents also include various material regarding EHU scholarship applications, program invitations, songs and games. The collection also includes 4-H records pertaining to several clubs such as the club seal goal committee and Livewires, documents include applications, enrollment cards, club guides, and event programs. Additionally, box 19 contains several documents regarding the McPherson county extension office and it's organization/procedure's, include board meeting minutes and documents pertaining to council elections

This box contains correspondence (including holarship recipient letters of gratitude), photographs, slides, evaluations and comparisons (including Rathbone’s personal record sheet), lists of donors, reference material, depositions, publications, and notes related to the KSU College of Engineering, as well as projects and organizations that Rathbone was involved with. The additional projects and organizations include the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE), American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), Kemper Military School, and the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions.

Contains drafts, notes, and revisions related to Michael Jacobson's speeches, as well as many final versions of them. Dates range from 1994 to 2007, sorted chronologically by file (some files contain multiple years).

Box includes Dale Ladd (County Coordinator & Agriculture) correspondence from 2000 - 2005. Additionally box includes several county and city documents and reports, farm management, department of agricultural bulletins.
