This box contains booklets, correspondence, slides, minutes, speech scripts, notes, reports, and publications related to the KSU College of Engineering, as well as projects and organizations that Rathbone was involved with.
The KSU-related materials relate to the KSU College of Engineering Hall of Fame, the Advisory Council, evaluations, surveys, course ratings, and annual reports. There are also works Rathbone wrote for the University of Pittsburgh Department of Electrical Engineering.
The additional projects and organizations include the American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), the National Society of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc (ABET), and additional works that Rathbone wrote or presented.

Majority of the box consists of recipes entered in the fair by 4-H participants, recipes are organized by year (1999, 1998, 1995, 1993) and size (full-length, half-page, and index card.) Additionally the box includes many guides and brochures regarding nutrition, health, and safety.
